They're deathly afraid that Putin's regime will collapse, Russia will be destabilized, and that will lead to chaos and disaster - the evil they know is far more comforting than what could happen...
You're forgetting the Russian massacres at Bucha, Irpin, and Mariupol - and those are the ones we know about. The US isn't even *in* Ukraine - but it should be, boots on the ground - because the US made sufficient assurances to guarantee the 1991 borders (including Crimea) to induce Ukraine to hand over its nuclear weapons. The US has failed to do this, and has been slowly dribbling materiel support to Ukraine. The Russians have been fighting for over two years, have lost significant parts of what they initially gained i.e. Kharkiv Oblast, and still have failed to take more than half of Donetsk Oblast. The Russians are not a "superior power", not even if Solovyov and his useful fool counterparts in the US - Tucker Carlson and Gordon MacGregor - continue to spread their obvious BS. Instead of continuing to be fooled by Russian propaganda, go look at a map - https://www.understandingwar.org/backgrounder/russian-offensive-campaign-assessment-march-27-2024 - and you'll see that the only way for Russia to win is for enough people like you to get suckered by their propaganda and instead of doing what is right, choose to slink away with their tails between their legs.
Somebody just got themselves banned, which is only the second time I've done that in the two and a half years this Substack has been around. Calling me a "dickhead Neo-Nazi" and then stomping off doesn't much impress me - nor do comments citing (((Jooos))) as the source of the world's troubles, or similar mindless chatter. My tolerance for such mental pollution/childishness is pretty much non-existent. I prefer reasoned argument over emotional reactions... I'll be posting a special form for such people to fill out in the future..
