This is about things that you might read which seem too good to be true - they reinforce your confirmation bias. It’s easy to just go ahead and repost and repeat stuff like this, even if you can’t read the language the references are posted in, in this particular case, French. Apparently, not a lot of people in the US can read French - or for that matter, Italian...
So here’s the set-up for this piece of misinformation - if you do a search on it, you’ll find it posted verbatim all across the net, and that’s the first tell - people who repost stuff verbatim, including spelling and grammar errors, on their sites often don’t do any checking on what they post, and this is especially true for politically-driven sites, usually which feature lots of ads. They generate page clicks by putting out outrageous stories. Some are easy to check, others aren’t:
“A wealthy elderly man with a high value Life Insurance policy to the amount of millions of euros... dies from the covid jab. His death as a consequence of being jabbed is not disputed by the doctors, nor his life insurers. The Insurance company refused to pay the policy, citing that the taking of experimental drugs, treatments, etc., is excluded from the policy. The family takes the insurance company to court and they have just lost the case.
The judge stated, "the experimental vaccine side effects are publicized and the deceased could not claim not to have known about them when he voluntarily took the jab. There is no law or mandate in France which forced him to be jabbed. Therefore, his death is essentially suicide".
Suicide is explicitly excluded from this particular policy and in fact from all life insurance policies in general. This has been the finding of a major western world court system and there is zero doubt that insurance companies world wide will cite this case as legal fact. Therefore, if anyone ever challenges you on whether these jabs are experimental or not, and that neither the pharma companies, nor govts, nor anyone else but YOU are responsible for accepting them and if you die, legally you have committed suicide. No insurance, no payouts, no refunds. You are on your own! Here is the link to the article: https://ns2017.wordpress.com/2022/01/06/en-france-deces-apres-la-vaccination-dun-grand-pere-tres-fortune-ancien-chef-dentreprise-parisien-de-versailles-avec-assurance-vie-de-plusieurs-millions-deuro-pour-le-benefice-de-ses-enfants/“
Now, it’s a fact that in every country in the world, where these experimental injections are being given, the total risk for costs arising from death or injury to the recipient are the responsibility of the recipient or their next of kin. The makers and providers are all uniformly immunized from any sort of civil liability, and all lawsuits are barred, even for negligent medical malpractice. However, deaths from vaccine have never, to the best of my knowledge, been ruled as suicide
So here’s the last sentence of that article in French: “Décès vacciné = SUICIDE ! – CrowdBunker ECOUTEZ CETTE VIDEO CE MONSIEUR EN PARLE !!! Décès vacciné = SUICIDE !” It’s pretty clear, they say that death due to vaccine is suicide, and then the author refers to a video - and that’s the second danger sign - no documentary proof. In the article the author cites what appears to be a French law: “La justice rend son verdict suite à dépôt de plainte (Appel à la loi 210/92)pour obtenir réparation, dommages et intérêts suite à un décès par vaccination (confirmé par autopsie)” In English, paraphrased - “The court rendered its verdict dismissing the plaintiff’s case, filed to obtain damages in the case of a person killed by vaccination, under the law 210/92” So that sounds pretty definitive. It would be interesting to have a look at that law … so I did some more research, to try to find it.
Looking at the video, there’s a reference back to a website, which refers to the video, and around in a circle - there’s no documentary evidence set forth. So there’s no evidence that a court in France made any sort of ruling in this matter. So that’s definitely a red flag. And there’s no French law 210/92. After more research on this, it turns out that the story on the French wordpress site refers to an Italian case, where the widow of the decedent was denied compensation - https://planetes360.fr/les-membres-de-la-famille-dune-personne-decedee-des-suites-du-vaccin-anti-covid-confirme-par-lexamen-dautopsie-font-appel-a-la-loi-210-92-pour-obtenir-reparation-de-domma/ - by the Italian ministry of health... I checked out the Phillipe Weber video, and the reference he cited was the wordpress piece, so no joy there. This looks a lot like fake news.
So this turns out to be misinformation, it’s nearly impossible for people who don’t understand French and Italian to figure it out, but if you do, the original story at the ns2017 wordpress site is pretty transparently false. I was going to make a post about this story on this Substack site, but figured I’d better check it out first... and found out the story was BS.
There may be other stories about insurance companies refusing payouts for life insurance and medical insurance for vaccine injuries - but I’m not aware of any. So far. My bet is that these vaccines are going to be a real pain in the pocketbook for insurers - and they may refuse to pay claims. But so far, except in the case of a German insurance company, I haven’t seen any. If you know of such a case and can document it, feel free to post the details in comments...
That letter from that German insurance company:
The “phrase which pays” - or, in this case, doesn’t, is: “Gesundheitsschaden durch die Corona-Schutzimpfung sind leider nicht mitversichert.” - in English, “Injuries to health due to the Corona protective vaccination are unfortunately not covered.”
Good sleuthing. I came across that story, too, in my meanderings around alternative sites. Your expose is a good reminder to double-check anything that I might be tempted to repost due to such a thing as confirmation bias.
Excellent research. Thanks. I spend some time studying the financial markets, which are as full of unjustified opinions as are political and medical discussions. Success comes from developing instincts of what doesn't feel right, and doing "due diligence" on what does. But no source is ever consistently reliable. It's like the grade school exercise where each student whispers a message to his neighbor, and it always comes out different at the end of the chain. Human nature. What Malone is pitching as mass formation leads us to accept whatever seems acceptable.
